A dismissed case should NOT remain a political threat. On Friday Sept. 4th join us outside the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse (500 Indiana Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001) this Friday at 1:30 pm to stand with Davey Hearn. The DC Superior Court will hold a Hearing on whether the dismissal of U.S. Olympian Davey Hearn’s case should be with prejudice, meaning this failed prosecution CANNOT be brought back later. Davey deserves finality. The public deserves confidence that the criminal justice system is guided by facts and law, not politics. Dismissed is not enough. Make it final.
