🛒 Love Thy Neighbor Grocery Drive (DFW Area)

## Join Team Talarico for the Love Thy Neighbor Grocery Drive in the DFW Area! **The Love Thy Neighbor Grocery Drive** is bringing Republicans, Democrats, and Independents together across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to provide much-needed relief to middle- and working-class Texans who could use an extra hand. **GROCERY DROP-OFF DAYS**: From **September 6–9**, we will be collecting groceries at locations across DFW so supporters can donate non-perishable food items ahead of our main day of action. Every grocery drop-off location will also have volunteer opportunities to collect & organize donations and keep the drop-off sites running smoothly. **See below to choose a donation drop-off time and/or sign up for a volunteer shift!** 🫶 **Want to donate?** Choose a donation drop-off time/day that works for you, click the link and sign up to let us know you're coming, then bring your non-perishable groceries to your selected location during that time. **Want to volunteer?** Choose a **volunteer shift below and sign-up** to help welcome donors, collect and organize donations, and keep the drop-off sites running smoothly. --- ## 💙 WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 | LOVE THY NEIGHBOR DAY **📍DALLAS COUNTY** **🏢 Frederick Douglass Human Services And Justice Center** [616 W Kiest Blvd, Dallas, TX 75224](https://maps.app.goo.gl/38bpx7uNQjrbp9Gb8) ⏰ 10:00 AM–2:00 PM 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/dVFkOr) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer!](https://mobilize.us/s/Sfo0KC) ## 🛒 WHAT TO DONATE We’re collecting: * 🍚 Rice * 🍜 Ramen noodles * 🥨 Pretzels * 🥣 Cereal * 🥔 Chips * 🌾 Granola * 🍯 Honey * ☕ Coffee * 🍓 Fruit bars * 🏋🏽‍♀️ Protein bars * 🥜 Peanut butter * 🍎 Applesauce * 🫘 Canned beans (chickpeas, black beans, etc.) * 🍇 Raisins * 🍌 Canned fruit * 🥛 Shelf-stable milk * 🥫 Tomato sauce * 🐟 Canned tuna or chicken * 🥕 Canned vegetables * 🥜 Trail mix --- ## 📍 DONATION DROP-OFF LOCATIONS **📍COLLIN COUNTY** **🏢 Collin County Democratic HQ** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/jTSKBg) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/gHolCi) **📍DALLAS COUNTY** **🏢 Andy Sommerman Campaign Office** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/i1gWBM) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/By6bCC) **🏢 CWA Local 6215** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/UXbSLm) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/WncqTZ) **🏢 Labor Day Picnic: Lofty Spaces** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/HFuPIY) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/9GDw0Z) **🏢 Frederick Douglass Human Services And Justice Center** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/dVFkOr) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer!](https://mobilize.us/s/Sfo0KC) **📍DENTON COUNTY** **🏢 Denton County Democratic HQ** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/iXBT0J) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/GGpZnH) **📍ELLIS COUNTY** **🏢 Harvest of Praise Ministry** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/cdVphc) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/xlpma9) **📍TARRANT COUNTY** **🏢 Tarrant County Democratic HQ** 🛍️ [Find Donation Info Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/aSSywU) 📋 [Sign Up to Volunteer Here!](https://mobilize.us/s/PuAKeE) --- No special experience is required to volunteer - just bring your time, energy, and willingness to pitch in.
