About
No matter where we come from, what we look like, or how we worship, most of us believe in treating others the way we want to be treated. That's why we're gathering this Saturday. GMFA is holding a rally to bring visibility and awareness to ICE activity in our community — Saturday, September 12th, from 10 AM–12 PM, at the corner of 124th & Bradley (near Woodman's). Too often, certain politicians and their allies try to divide us by pointing fingers at immigrant families — while distracting us from the real issues facing all of us. We know our neighbors deserve better than fear. We believe in a community where every family, no matter where they come from, can live without fear of being torn apart. **What to expect:** - A peaceful, visible gathering along the public right-of-way at 124th & Bradley - Signs, community voices, and information about what's happening locally - A family-friendly space to stand together — no experience needed **What to bring:** - A sign (or we'll have some on hand) - Water and weather-appropriate clothing - A friend or neighbor!
