We will gather at the corner of 58 (Stuart Drive) and 52 (Main Street) in Hillsville with signs expressing our opposition to data centers, with a particular emphasis on Morgan Griffith's on-the-record statement that he wants to bring more data centers to his district. We will have signs available to hold during the rally, but you are also welcome to make and bring your own signs. The Carroll Democrats have ordered "No Data Centers" signs and we hope to have them to give away by the time of this rally (keep your fingers crossed -- the schedule is tight!) We will also have volunteers on site who can either register you to vote or help you check your voter registration status. We understand that this is not a convenient time for everyone, but we welcome you to join us for any portion of time that is manageable for you. Whether you are able to stay for ten minutes or two hours, your presence is meaningful! Please join us! It is so important that the community understands there is an election coming up that can affect our future quality of life in Carroll County!
