About
NEW DATE & TIME DUE TO SUNDAY'S FORECAST -- SATURDAY OCTOBER 10TH AT 2PM AT MILLER PARK! Recent polling found that 74% of PA voters would oppose an AI data center being built in their community. With the potentially devastating impacts to communities and environment from the proposed buildout of hyperscale data centers and associated power infrastructure across Pennsylvania, it is not surprising that Pennsylvanians are united in their opposition. Please join us to hear about this important issue and why voting in local elections matters. Speakers to include Senator Katie Muth, Ginny Kerslake, and West Whiteland Township Supervisor Libby Madarasz. This is a family-friendly event - we’ll have live music, rock painting, and glitter tattoos for the kids! Attendees will also have the opportunity to write postcards to our neighbors to remind them of the importance of voting on November 3rd! Hosted by West Whiteland Democratic Committee. We are expecting an ample, engaged crowd at the rally! Plenty of overflow parking is available in the adjacent Whiteland Town Center. This is the shopping center which hosts Trader Joe’s and Kohl’s. It's only a minute or two walk from the park.
