About

Creating change starts locally. Protests are great to raise awareness, send a message, and attract other like-minded people. However, it's not enough to create meaningful change. That's what our Civic Involvement group is all about. Join us for our regular, monthly community meeting-a space to stay informed, connected, and engaged right here at home. It's a chance to learn what's happening, what you can do, and how we can work together to help our community thrive. It's your opportunity to: Meet other like-minded people Learn more about what we're doing Decrease your anxiety and sleep better by taking action We cover topics that keep you tossing and turning at night. Topics such as: >Data Centers >Election Protection >ICE overreach >FLOCK >Crypto >Authoritarianism/Christian Nationalism trying to take root? Grab a friend and come chat with us to see how you can make an impact right here in your backyard. The best antidote to anxiety is action and we look forward to taking meaningful action with you! See you all there, Christen Rodriquez and Heather Gerson :-) Gold Canyon Cafe * 6pm-7:30pm * 6900 US-60 Gold Canyon, Az. 09/22/26
