Weekly Rise and Shine Protest: NO ICE CARAVAN.9/26/26. 5PM. LA Puente, CA,

We are adding a new tactic to our weekly protest: the NO ICE CARAVAN, Starting at St Louis of France Parish Office Parking Lot (630 Ardilla Ave., La Puente, CA). We will be doing preparations to the vehicles starting from 5-6PM. There will be Anti ICE posters and flags provided for the cars participating in the caravan. at 6 PM we will take off and travel together to parks and perhaps Home Depots in Baldwin Park and Covina, traveling through Covina and ending up at the CVS in Baldwin Park at the Corner of Puente and Francisquito (1550 Puente Ave, Baldwin Park, CA 91706). Duration for this event is unknown, but we do not anticipate the caravan portion to take more than 2.5 hours. You will need to meet at St Louis of France Parish offices at the start of the event to be able to participate. You will need a car to participate. You MAY be able to join someone in their car for this event, but we are unable to leave our cars at the parish parking lot as it will be locked by our return. Street parking is available, if you are riding with someone else, but you will need to arrange a ride back to the parish offices from the CVS (1550 Puente Ave). There may be glitches in the procedure, but we plan to learn from it and keep improving for future CARAVAN events. IF you have other issues that you would like to protest, you are welcome to add your own banners, signs and flags to your vehicle, though our focus in ANTI-ICE. Come join us!!!! Share the post! Bring your friends! Your family! Your neighbors! Do not remain silent! Together we are unstoppable. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
