March with Us in the Middletown Heritage Festival Parade!

Join us as we march in the Parade that officially opens the Middletown Heritage Festival! Every year this parade thrills Middletown residents and welcomes visitors to our beautiful, historically rich valley. We'll be marching alongside community organizations, businesses, and marching bands to celebrate Middletown's heritage, and we'd love to have you with us. The parade happens rain or shine. Schedule: Staging begins at 8:30 AM on Main St. The parade starts promptly at 10:00 AM. Getting there and parking: Participant and family parking is available at the Middletown schools off Schoolhouse Drive. Enter the staging area on Main St. near Cone Branch Dr. Volunteers will help you find our spot. Staging is on the left side of the street because one side must stay open for emergency vehicles. Once you're in place, please don't leave your vehicle or spot, since staging may need adjusting. Parade route: The route runs straight down Main Street and ends at Willow St. Floats and vehicles continue through Willow St. Please don't gather on Willow St. at the end, because that area needs to keep moving. Larger groups needing parent pick-up can use the sidewalk area of Main St. below Willow St. The street there is open to traffic coming from Walnut Street. After you finish the route, please don't walk back up the street along the parade route.
