A nonpolitical statement/message to encourage voting. You can also print one or more here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/rmuAYAFBdfbTK27c7 Location: Cottonwood Dr & S Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80134 - near King Soopers and Costco. 17825 Cottonwood Ave, Parker, CO 80134 Picture of event location with a few of my signs: https://photos.app.goo.gl/iX5DZLKkDFc7aX3B6 Part of the nasty GOVWICH we have been served is the outrageous cost of gas, due to illegal and unnecessary wars and inflation created by foolish government policies. Please feel free to present any other messaging, such as "mystery beef," endangering our health and the U.S. Cattle/rancher industry, or any other part of the nasty GOVWICH we are being served... Grifting, Overreach, Voter suppression, Wars, Inflation, Corruption, Hate (GOVWICH) needs to be voted away. "GAS PAIN" is strategically located - on public sidewalk right in front of a huge gas price display - at the corner of Cottonwood Dr & S Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80134. Picture of location here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/na6G442BxEk825sP9 We will have loaner signs - (about 10% of rallyers borrow a sign) and we will have music. ***NOTE - the best way to influence the local vote is to canvass for your candidate, participate in phone banks, or donate to their campaign. Rallies are great for promoting concepts, reinforcing ideas, and being among people who care enough to present their ideas. You see what's happening with the push to suppress voting. You see the Grifting, Overreach, Voter suppression, Wars, Inflation, Corruption, Hate (GOVWICH). We need to protect the vote and present reminders to observers of how all of GOVWICH harms them personally. If you are a member of other Colorado 50501 or Indivisible groups, please share. Canvassing for candidates is the most effective persuasive method to directly gain votes for specific candidates/issues. For rallies, High-level, easy to understand messaging/statements, directly related to the viewers' concerns, help engrain concepts into memory... THEY LIED TO YOU. YOUR KIDS LEARN CRUELTY. CRUELTY HARMS YOUR SOUL. IS GAS $1.99? VOTE HATE AWAY. BE KIND - VOTE YOUR MIND. YOU CAN FIX THE SYSTEM. This event is intended to present both political and nonpolitical information and reminders to drivers about registering to vote, protecting the vote, the importance of voting, and all of GOVWICH. Any peaceful messaging protected by the 1st Amendment are welcome. YOU CAN FIX THE SYSTEM: nobody ordered a GOVWICH for lunch. The following shared graphics are sized to print on letter size copy paper. Trim and seal to 18x24 cardboard or over old yard sign using cheap, clear packaging tape. Print free at many libraries or for about 10 cents per page at others. Let me know if you'd like help hosting one or more. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action.
