About
This a local Indivisible event! Come join with other community members to let our neighbors ( and tourists/visitors and our legislators , know that we are determined to help preserve our democracy ! Bring your flags , posters , large banners and friends , along with your joyful determination ! Location and/or time may change based on weather or other circumstances , so please share accurate email contact information & your name , so that we may get in touch with you in the event of any such changes . Due to the extremely important upcoming midterm elections , we are asking that any signage reflect the importance of voting . If you are able , we continue to encourage donation of food items for our communities' local food banks -no glass items , please. Let's get out the vote & win this for democracy !! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
