In America, most people believe that voters should pick our leaders, not the other way around. But right now, people in power are trying to keep us from voting so they can control our elections and seize more power for themselves. But we won’t let them decide our future or define what democracy looks like for our communities. That’s why young New Yorkers are coming together to demand Hands Off Our Vote! Join us at CPC One for the Hands Off Our Vote Youth Election Defense Convening. This convening is being organized in collaboration with local and statewide partners, including *Hands Off Our Vote NY, Generation Vote, Freedom Trainers*, and more! Together, we'll get trained on: - Creative Action Planning For Post-Election Scenarios - Election Defense Lessons From Youth Movements Around the World - Preparing for Mass Mobilization **Light refreshments will be provided.** Join us at the convening, get trained, get organized, and tell the people in power: HANDS OFF OUR VOTE!
