About
## Protect Alaska's Elections! Join Mat-Su United for Progress (a local Indivisible group) for a sign-waving event to **defeat Ballot Measure 2**, which would bring back dark money and scrap our open primaries and ranked-choice voting. **What to bring**: We’ll have official "NO on 2" yard signs and homemade signs on hand, but feel free to bring your own! **Messaging tip**: Polling shows our most powerful message focuses on stopping the return of dark money and non-party primaries. Let's make our voices heard! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
