FARMERS MARKET RALLY For Early Votes
Saturday, October 10, 2026, 8:00 AM MST
Phoenix, Arizona
About
Let’s promote early voting to the farmers market audience as they arrive at its temporary farmers market location at Church for the Nations. This Central Avenue location is in the heart of a residential community. So lots of folks will be walking and driving by our posters on this Saturday morning. Bring your most persuasive, positive signs that are nonpartisan and express your point of view. “Vote Early” makes a great sign too! (Bring a chair if you’d like.) We’ll be on the northwest corner of Central Avenue and Marlette Avenue, across from this farmers market. A core principle behind all Desert Democracy events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
