We need to re grade the gravel on the Wheeler Demonstration Trail! We need 5-10 volunteers to help compact gravel and place more railroad ties along the trail. We will meet behind the railroad tracks on Marine Dr and Hemlock St (west side of Hwy 101) in Wheeler at 9AM. Bring water and lunch for yourself. We will break for lunch while we wait on the train to go by! We will have some tools, but if you have your own rake, shovel, and work gloves, bring them along! If you are coming from the Portland Metro area, let us know if you need to carpool with someone and will help arrange a ride!
