Please join your Southwest Neighbors for an October 17 NO KINGS early voting event. Bring your completed ballot, properly sealed in its envelope, to the dropbox at the Southwest Library (900 Wesley Place SW) on Saturday, 10/17 @ 12 PM. After voting, we'll enjoy snacks, treats, and drinks while socializing and celebrating democracy. Please bring snacks/treats to share if you're able. Other voters (and future voters) are welcome to join the fun! *No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.* *A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
