About
Vote NO on Prop 39! Protect Our Right to Vote! Join the No on Prop 39 campaign at No Kings: Vote Early — Drag Out the Vote in Balboa Park! Prop 39, backed by billionaire interests, would rewrite the California Constitution in ways that could make voting harder, less secure, and more expensive. We believe every eligible Californian deserves a fair, accessible, and secure voting process—not new barriers at the ballot box. Come out, stand up for our democracy, and help spread the word. Together, we can protect our voting rights, empower our communities, and make our voices heard. Vote NO on Prop 39! 📅 Saturday, October 17, 2026 🕑 2:00–4:00 p.m. 📍 Balboa Park, North Laurel Lawn 6th Street & Laurel Street, San Diego, CA Bring your energy, invite your friends, and help get out the vote!
