Anti-corruption overpass protest

Please join your neighbors to say GOP -STOP THE CORRUPTION on the Persimmon Tree overpass over The Beltway! By speaking directly to the many vehicles passing underneath us, we will join together to express our outrage and demand change. Feel free to bring flags, wear costumes, or just show up to wave! The more support we show, the better (please note small signs cannot be seen by Beltway motorists). Parking is available at Carderock Springs Elementary School or on Tomlinson Ave. We will CANCEL in the event of inclement weather. No restrooms. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
