**Join us for an urgent protest to send a message to Senator Schumer and Representative Jeffries: Stop the Dirty Data Center Deal!** Congress is poised to consider legislation that would drive a massive buildout of hyperscale AI data centers and the fossil fuel infrastructure to power them. The “Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act of 2026” rolls back key environmental laws, all but ensuring ensuring that data center and infrastructure projects are approved regardless of community opposition.
