About
This a local Indivisible Mohawk Valley event! JD Vance is coming to town and we don't want his cruelty, corruption, chaos, and collusion here. Show up to protest his campaign visit for Republican candidates. "Our community, Our home. JD has not place in Rome." Roads into Griffiss Business & Tech Park may be busy with secuity or closed. We recommend parking at MVCC's Rome campus at Floyd and Bell Aves where there is a large lot. Walk on the sidewalk a couple of blocks toward Hill Rd. We will be along that corner (across from Stewarts). Bring American flags and signs about JD Vance's craven political opportunism and his connection to the war in Iran, high prices, and violence. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
