About
What's next after Election Day? We fight. No matter how the races turn out on November 3, our work doesn't stop when the polls close. Democracy doesn't end at the ballot box. It's built by the people who keep showing up. Join Citizen Action of New York's Capital District Chapter at Albany's Townsend Park to stand up for: * Safe, affordable housing * Strong public schools * ICE out of our communities * Accountability from the people we elect The Capital District's members, neighbors, and community advocates are coming together to build the people power we need to continue the fight ahead. Bring your family, bring your neighbors, bring a sign, bring your voice. This is what democracy looks like. Save our democracy. Join the fight. When: Saturday, November 7, 12:00 noon Where: Townsend Park, Albany NY (at the intersection of Henry Johnson Blvd, Washington Ave and Central Ave)
